Nuskha

In development

The prescription, reinvented for small clinics.

Digital prescriptions, appointments & patient care — without an IT team.

Thousands of clinics and small hospitals still run on paper because software was never built for them. Nuskha gives doctors a fast prescription writer, patients a simple app, and the practice a system of record — all hosted and maintained by MAHH.

What's inside

Doctor dashboard

Today's appointments, recent prescriptions, and patient history the moment you sit down — no digging through registers.

Prescription writer

A guided flow — patient, diagnosis, medicines, preview — that produces a clean, printable prescription in seconds, backed by a drug master.

PDF & QR prescriptions

Every prescription downloads as a PDF and carries a QR code, so patients and pharmacies can pull up the genuine record anytime.

Appointments

Bookings, calendar view, and status tracking for the front desk — with patients able to book from their own app.

Patient records

Search patients, register new ones, and see the full visit history in one place — continuity of care without paper files.

Patient app

Patients search doctors, book appointments, and view their prescriptions from a mobile app — the clinic's front door in their pocket.

Verified & audited

An admin layer verifies doctors and facilities and maintains the drug master, keeping the platform trustworthy as it grows.

Pharmacy (planned)

Phase two connects pharmacies so a QR-coded prescription can be fulfilled and tracked — closing the loop from consultation to medicine.

Built for small practices

Designed for clinics and small hospitals that don't have a website or IT staff — MAHH hosts, secures, and maintains everything.

Questions, answered honestly

Can my clinic use Nuskha today?

Nuskha is in active development — the doctor dashboard, prescription writer, appointments, and patient app are working in Phase 1 form, but it is not yet in production at a clinic. Joining the waitlist now means early input into what ships first.

What does "Nuskha" mean?

Nuskha (नुस्खा) is the everyday Hindi-Urdu word for a prescription or remedy — which is exactly where the product starts: making the humble prescription digital, verifiable, and portable.

Is patient data safe?

Patient data lives in a managed, access-controlled database with encrypted transport, and the platform is being built with role-based access from the ground up. Before production use we will publish our full data-protection practices — we'd rather earn trust than claim it.

Do doctors need training?

The prescription writer is a step-by-step flow designed to be faster than handwriting once a doctor has used it a few times. Onboarding is part of the package, not a paid extra.

Shape Nuskha from the start.

We're building Nuskha with practicing doctors, not just for them. If you run a clinic or small hospital, join the waitlist and tell us what paper process you'd retire first.
